Please refer to the following information when you don’t receive an email authentication code.
There may be cases where the authentication email has been treated as spam or the email may not be
received when the mailbox is full. If none of the above cases apply, please try to resend the
authentication email through the Resend Verification Email button on the first login page of the KAS console page.
We also suggest you double check if you correctly enter your email address you registered while
signing up. Sometimes, there are cases where you can’t receive an authentication email because the
email provided may have been incorrect or misspelled.
If you do not receive the authentication email after that, or if there is an error in your input,
please contact KAS Help Center through Inquiry Registration.
We will provide a detailed guide regarding any errors.
