Free plan and the Paid plan.
Free plan users can get support from our community, KAS Forum whenever they have questions or inquiries. However, it is not guaranteed when the questions will get answered.
Starter plan users can get support through Inquiry Registration on the KAS Help Center pagem where you can register your inquiry or specific questions.
We will do our best to answer your questions and help your inquiry as soon as possible.
Pro plan users can also receive the same support as the Starter plan users.
However, Pro plan users get prioritized in responses compared to our starter plan users.
Enterprise plan users can get direct support from the API Service team.
Our service team will directly help Enterprise plan users via call or messenger as soon as possible.
