1.Go to KAS Help Center main page and Click Inquiry Registration on the right side of the page.

Step 1) Write Your email address.
Step 2) Click Type, and choose a type you want out of Business cooperation & sales, Pricing/ Payment
Inquiry, Technical support, and Others.
Step 3) Write Subject and Description.
Step 4) (Optional) If you have anything related to your inquiry, please add the file.
3. Click Submit.
4. Once the bug/incident report has been received, we will send you the following confirmation email
to the email address you entered. Once our service team answers your questions or inquiries, you can
continue to communicate with them via email.
