[For Business Operator Users]
If you make a deposit with an excess of the intended amount, we do not issue automatic refunds.
However, you can request a refund for your overpaid balance. To request a refund, please click
Pricing/ Payment Inquiry type on Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center page and
present us your KAS account, preferred bank account for issuing the refund, and business
registration certificate.
[For Individual Users]
If you make a deposit with an excess of the intended amount, we do not issue automatic refunds.
However, you can request a refund for your overpaid balance. To request a refund, please click
Pricing/ Payment Inquiry type on Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center page and present us
your KAS account and preferred bank account for issuing the refund.
For any additional questions, you may also select Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center page
where you can register your inquiry.
