I want to change my plan.
Hello. This is Klaytn API Service team.
Please refer to the following information about how to change your plan.
It is required to sign a contract when using the API Service’s paid plans, this means when changing a plan you are also creating a change of contract.
Therefore, instead of providing an automatic function of changing a plan, we provide the customers Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center.
Please refer to the following information about how to change your plan.
- Go to Klaytn API Service’s pricing page.
- Select Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center page.
- In the Type box, select the Payment option.
- In the Description box, write the new plan you preferred to change.
- Select Submit to complete the process.
- The registered inquiry will be registered as a ticket, and the address of the registered ticket will be sent to the email you entered. You can check the registered ticket again through your email later.
For any additional questions, you may select Inquiry Registration above the KAS Help Center page where you can register your inquiry.
