Are There Restrictions On Issuing Tokens On a Free Plan?

Please refer to the following information about restrictions on issuing tokens (FT,NFT) on a free plan.
There are no restrictions on issuing tokens (FT,NFT) on a free plan. However, Global Fee Payer service is not available for free plan users to pay their transaction fee. Instead, they can use User Fee Payer service that allows them to deposit the desired amount of money and then pay the fee.
They also can create a Fee Payer account on Baobab which is a testnet of Klaytn, and pay the fee with five Test KLAY that can be received for free. Please refer to the How To Use Klaytn API Service Baobob And How To Receive KLAY For Testing page for detailed instructions.
